Bimal Rath is an evangelist for leveraging human potential in various fields of endeavor. His background in human resources and consulting for 35 years has made him aware of the challenges of bringing in equity. Fairness and equality among various players in a productive eco-system. His interest in uplifting the 'actual producers' of goods and services, who are often neglected, is one of the key reasons for his association with AA Agro. He believes that the last mile agro producers can add significant value to the future of how, what, and when we consume from the earth.

Mr. Biraj Rath, the Director of the Company, has nearly two decades of experience in global marketing. The GALA ambassador for India (2016-18) is also one of the founding members of Braahmam, specializing in Design, Technology & Language services for the SEA & Indian market. He has expertise in General management practices, developing E-learning and Localization projects. His Technical knowledge and flexibility enables deep understanding of customer requirement. Biraj is currently the CEO of Braahmam International, a company specializing in e-learning and language localization solutions. He loves to interact with people, enjoys travel and learning new things. His wife and kid completes his family.

Mr. Bijay Rath, the Director of the company, has more than two decades of experience in Human Resource management, Administration & Operations. He has worked in different industries and geographies in India. He is currently the COO and Founder member of Aashdit Technologies, a company providing end-to-end software solutions in Government as well as corporate sector. He completed his education from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. His love for the nature involved him in organic food production and farm related activities. He has his wife and kid in his family.
