The lockdown was a difficult time for all of us, but farmers in India were the worst hit. They could not sell their produce as they didn’t have access to markets. It resulted in a lot of food being wasted, not to speak of income lost. The other chronic issue is that some traders do not pay fair price or delay payments. This results in exploitation. All of these issues led to the creation of Ambica Agro. We would like to work with farmers and extend fair business practices to them. We buy their organic or Geographical Indicator (GI)-tagged products at a fair price and make them available to you. This way, everyone wins.

The agricultural produce we buy is fully organic and fresh. No chemicals are used for preservation. They are of high quality and rich in nutrients.
GI-TAGGED PRODUCTS
We deal with produce that has a Geographical Indicator tag. GI tag means they are unique in the world. They have a historical and cultural significance, as they represent certain regions from where they come.
ECO-FRIENDLY AND SUSTAINABLE
The products are grown in an eco-friendly and sustainable way. That is, the ecosystem was not impacted negatively by growing these crops.
